The E16 Eggemoen–Olum project involved constructing approximately 12 kilometers of new E16 road, designed as a two-lane highway with overtaking lanes in both directions and a physical median. The development included two grade-separated interchanges, a temporary roundabout at Eggemoen (planned to be upgraded to a two-level junction in future expansions), and the construction of 17 bridges and culverts. Notably, the Randselva Bridge spans approximately 634 meters.

Energy Consult provided consultancy services to both the contractor and developer, focusing on tenders, technical solutions, construction, procurement, and client relations. The project was executed under an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract.
