  • You are a civil engineer with at least 5 years of experience in consulting engineering within construction.

As Project Manager you are responsible for the project deliverable towards the customer and supporting the team members in delivering projects and improving work methods.You will in general lead the project team to deliver successful projects together with external stakeholders.10 or more years of relevant project management experience in EPCI projects in the Offshore Wind industry.List of possible taskes but not limited to:

  • The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of project management in offshore wind projects or packages.
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment and on international projects, managing country and region-specific factors.
  • Providing engineering input from initial assessment through to technical and economic feasibility, due diligence, construction monitoring and acceptance.
  • In addition, the candidate should be self-motivated and capable of using their own initiative, while also maintaining a flexible and problem-solving approach. They should also have experience working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
  • Deep understanding of the different foundation typologies for both bottom-fixed and floating, as well as the key drivers for the concept selection of each design solution.
  • The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to explain technical issues to non-engineers, including clients. They should also be able to produce and review technical reports for clients, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Actively assisting with business development and client management.
As Project Engineer you will be supporting the project manager and the team with technical expertise in the planning, development, and execution of all phases in the projects.You will be a key player in solving complex technical and commercial issues in the workstream of the project, collaborating with external stakeholders.10 or more years as Project Engineer or of relevant experience performing equivalent duties, engineering experience in EPCI projects in the Offshore Wind industry.List of possible taskes but not limited to:

  • Support the Project team in safe design, cost, schedule, procurement and ensure quality and safe execution of the project.
  • Managing interfaces across the project scopes and supports integration and oversight of work packages attributed to projects.
  • Setting specifications and follow-up in tender processes with suppliers.
  • Cooperation with all relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., WTG, electrical, Wind & Site, foundations, transport & installation, value engineering)
  • Support the development & delivery of the Project Execution Plan (PEP), verification plan, resource plan, cost, schedule, and identifies and manages risk.
  • Demonstrates capability to take projects from concept to handover.
  • Manage risks/uncertainties to inform decisions considering the full lifecycle and range of expected outcomes.

As a WTG Engineer you will be supporting the WTG work package team with technical expertise in the planning, development, and execution of this phases in the project. You will be a key player in solving complex technical and commercial issues in the WTG work package of the project, collaborating with external stakeholders. 10 or more years as WTG Engineer and performing equivalent duties, engineering experience in EPCI projects in the Offshore Wind industry. List of possible taskes but not limited to:
Support technical wind turbine advisory services and due diligence processes.

  • 10 or more years as WTG Engineer and performing equivalent duties, engineering experience in EPCI projects in the Offshore Wind industry.
  • Manage feasibility studies, engineering, optimisation, and load analysis etc.

As a Fabrication Manager you will be leading the fabrication work package for the foundations in the planning, development, and execution of this phases in the project. You will lead the Foundation manufactor contractor selection processes and manage interfaces with Foundation Design and Supply. 10 or more years as a Fabrication Manager and performing equivalent duties, managing contracts, preparing & negotiating tenders in EPCI projects in the Offshore Wind industry. List of possible taskes but not limited to:

  • Ensuring that all fabrication items meet the project’s requirements for quality, cost and timelines.
  • Provide technical management coordination of contractor, ensure that technical risks are identified and mitigated by Contractor.
  • Contribute to the development of workable policies, review fabricator yard procedures and construction plans, manage all day to day execution of work and maintain a helicopter view with regards to all activities.

  • Responsible for coordinating with all supporting functions including Contracts, Finance, Permits and ensuring requirements are aligned all aspects related to the fabrication package.
  • Prepare tender documentation, e.g., Employer Requirements, for Fabrication scope and solutions.
  • Setting specifications and follow-up in tender processes with suppliers.
  • Interface with other Package Managers to ensure the overall development is successfully designed, procured and delivered.
  • Ensure all technical and commercial requirements related to the package are scoped within the tender materials, lead detailed negotiations and coordinate with the transaction team through to contract award.
As a Procurement Manager you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for offshore wind projects. Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships. 10 or more years as a Procurement Manager and performing equivalent duties, managing the procurement process and monitor compliance with contract terms in EPCI projects in the Offshore Wind industry. List of possible taskes but not limited to:

  • Draft contracts in close cooperation with the legal department.
  • Steer the project teams through the procurement process from design of tender until contract award.
  • Challenge and coach the project team in case of perceived over- or under specification of technical, commercial or legal requirements.
  • Supporting the contract management department in the negotiation of supplements and finding solutions to conflict situations with suppliers is part of your duties.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for offshore wind projects.
  • Prepare reports and make recommendations to the management team.
  • Understands the commercial part of the TSA (Turbine Supply Agreement) contract and ensures its flow down terms into Purchase Orders and project subcontracts.

As a T&I Engineer you will be supporting the T&I work package team with technical expertise in the planning, development, and execution of this phases in the project. You will be a key player in solving complex technical and commercial issues in the T&I work package of the project, collaborating with external stakeholders. 10 or more years as T&I Engineer and performing equivalent duties, engineering experience in EPCI projects in the Offshore Wind industry. List of possible taskes but not limited to:

  • Support working packages relevant to the technical preparation, coordination and management of the T&I scope tendering processes in collaboration with external stakeholders, including review of offers and their subsequent technical evaluation.
  • Prepare tender documentation, e.g., Employer Requirements, for T&I scope and solutions.
  • Setting specifications and follow-up in tender processes with suppliers.
  • Design development of transport and offshore installation activities - rigging design, lifting tools working, installation, grillage and Sea Fastening review, contractor documentation review, participation in risk assessments, collaboratively with specialist contractors and designers.

  • Evaluation of installation vessels and other equipment for the T&I scope.

As a T&I Manager you will be leading the T&I work package for the WTG in the planning, development, and execution of this phases in the project. You will lead the WTG T&I contractor selection processes and manage interfaces with WTG Design and Supply. 10 or more years as T&I Manager WTG and performing equivalent duties, managing contracts, preparing & negotiating tenders in EPCI projects in the Offshore Wind industry. List of possible taskes but not limited to:

  • Working in close relationship with clients, contractors and developers - projects are varied and include the detailed contract & tender docs for T&I of offshore wind farms in Europe.
  • Support the BOP and WTG Package Managers in delivering the projects, with overall responsibility for design, specification, procurement and management of the WTG T&I package during the development and execution phase of the project.
  • Responsible for coordinating with all supporting functions including Contracts, Finance, Permits and ensuring requirements are aligned all aspects related to the T&I package.
  • In cooperation with Package Manager and Contract manager, tender, negotiate and recommend WTG TSA installation schedules, Installation vessel charter and MWS contract.

List of possible taskes but not limited to:

  • Working in close relationship with clients, contractors and developers - projects are varied and include the detailed contract & tender docs for T&I of offshore wind farms in Europe.
  • Negotiating transport & installation contracts related to offshore wind projects such as BIMCO or experience negotiating EPCI contract such as FIDIC for the Foundations.
  • Responsible for coordinating with all supporting functions including Contracts, Finance, Permits and ensuring requirements are aligned all aspects related to the T&I package.

The QHSE Manager works within the QHSE Function, which is responsible for a variety of disciplines and plays a crucial role in identifying areas of improvement and implementing processes and systems to improve performance as it relates to quality, health, safety and environmental practices. 10 or more years as QHSE Manager and performing equivalent duties, in the field of health, safety and environment, preferably in EPCI projects in the Offshore Wind industry. List of possible taskes but not limited to:

  • Work with the clients to deliver the outcomes necessary for a safe and more effective offshore wind project execution.
  • Implement and maintain our QHSE Integrated Management System.
  • Project operations: e.g., evaluate HSE documentation of subcontractors, define HSE Must-Haves and ALARP concept or define HSE concepts.
  • Actively contributing as a key member of the Project Leadership team and consistently demonstrating the Company’s values and standards to the project team.
